Integrative Concept
At our joint clinic, we offer autologous pluripotent and multipotent stem cell therapy that combines modern regenerative medicine with established diagnostic and therapeutic methods. The entire procedure is performed under medical supervision within a closed process chain – from harvesting to reapplication of the body’s own cells.
1. Medical consultation and assessment of indication
We begin by taking the time to examine you thoroughly and provide comprehensive guidance.
Your medical findings, any pre-existing conditions, and previous treatments are carefully reviewed.
Only when a clear medical indication is established and you have been fully informed do we plan the treatment.
2. Harvesting the cells from your own adipose tissue
The procedure starts with a small, outpatient fat tissue extraction (mini-liposuction, cell harvesting):
- Approximately 100 millilitres of subcutaneous fat tissue are collected, usually from the abdominal area.
- The extraction is performed under local anaesthesia and mild sedation.
- The procedure takes around 20 to 30 minutes and is carried out by experienced physicians.
Adipose tissue is rich in regenerative cell types and well vascularised – ideal conditions for obtaining vital cells.
3. Processing of the cells
Immediately after extraction, the adipose tissue is processed using the Transpose RT System (InGeneron):
- The tissue is enzymatically and mechanically dissociated,
- the cells are washed, filtered, and centrifuged,
- within approximately 60 to 90 minutes, a fresh cell suspension with high viability is produced.
The procedure is classified by our regulatory authority (Regierungspräsidium Karlsruhe) as a tissue preparation, since the cells are neither cultured nor genetically modified and no foreign substances are added.
4. Reapplication of the cells by injection into the target tissue
The processed cells are reintroduced during the same session, depending on the indication:
- targeted injection into the affected periarticular fat compartment,
- performed under ultrasound guidance to ensure precise placement.
The entire procedure is carried out on an outpatient basis. After a short period of rest, you can usually leave the clinic on the same day.
5. Aftercare and follow-up
After the injection, you will remain in the clinic for a short observation period. In the following days, we recommend:
- gentle care of the extraction site for several days,
- gradual increase in physical activity,
- monitoring of the healing process during scheduled follow-up appointments.
Every treatment is individually documented and evaluated. Follow-up care is provided personally by the treating medical team.
6. Integrative approach
Autologous stem cell therapy is not used in isolation in our clinic but embedded within an integrative therapeutic concept. Depending on your individual situation, the treatment may be combined with additional medical measures – for example:
- physiotherapy
- nutritional guidance
- complementary medical procedures
- supportive substances (orthomolecular infusions with micronutrients)
- deacidification
- detoxification using various environmental medicine procedures (e.g., chelation infusions, therapeutic apheresis, immunoadsorption, immunofiltration, haemoperfusion)
This creates a holistic approach that supports the body’s self-regulation and aims for sustainable regeneration – while always staying within the boundaries of medically responsible therapy.
